Cole Haan Selects MBS For Database Marketing Services

MBS, a division of World Marketing providing database and interactive marketing solutions, announced yesterday that it will provide direct marketing and CRM services -- including strategic guidance, database services, analytics and e-mail campaign deployment for Nike-owned footwear retailer Cole Haan.

Cole Haan's contemporary classic products are available at more than 50 retail locations and 25 factory stores, as well as at their Web site www.colehaan.com.

Central Islip, NY-based, MBS will implement Klondike, its customized marketing database system, to help Cole Haan gain a better understanding of its customers and their purchasing patterns.

Klondike includes modules for ad-hoc queries, campaign management and promotion results reporting.
